The Admin Manger specialises in Accounting Software and Bookkeeping/Payroll Services.

Due to the growth of our business a new position has been created to assist the Administration/Accounts Team.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic junior who enjoys dealing with a diverse range of tasks and can work independently or as part of a team.

Duties will include:

  • General Administrative Support
  • Reception
  • Data Entry
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Accounts Payable and Receivables

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • A high level of organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A clear and polite telephone manner
  • The ability to use your initiative
  • Sound MS Office skills

Preferences

  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting software
